My rollercoaster experience!
Fine lakeside igloos allowed us to witness the nice northern lights right from our bed,, with a lovely in-room sauna that was perfect after chilly outdoor adventures.
Disappointing service experiences left us feeling unassisted. Staff appeared overwhelmed, leading to communication mishaps that overshadowed the overall stay.

The hotel is family with very friendly staff and views of lake. The atmosphere of the venue is family. The family room is exceptionally comfortable and has a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk. The food is good and lovely. Thank you for a just perfect stay - would like to go back there again.

A cozy escape under the stars
Waking up to the shimmering northern lights right from our igloo was surreal. The staff were amazingly helpful.
We did experience some difficulty with late housekeeping, but it didn't overshadow our magical stay. A bit more attention to room cleaning would enhance the experience.

Our lakeside igloo was cozy and had fine, unobstructed views of the northern lights right from bed! Cooking dinner was easy, but do bring your own oven-no baking in this place!
The lack of housekeeping was a bit tragic.

Staying in the lakeside igloo provided amazing views, especially of the northern lights visible from the comfort of our bed. The small sauna was a great relief after being outdoors in -20-degree weather, and the generous breakfast selection included craveable salads and fresh pastries. The kitchen area was quite small with no oven, and while privacy was manageable, it would be beneficial to have more space in some igloos.

Lying in my lakeside igloo was like being cradled under a starlit sky! The glass roof offered a nice view of the northern lights. Each igloo came with a private sauna that was pure bliss after a day of adventures in the snow!

Couples seeking an lovely experience
The igloo itself was very nice, especially with the full glass walls offering us the most lovely view of the Aurora Borealis right from our cozy bed. After a long day out in the cold, we loved cozying up in the sauna, it felt very nice to warm up while looking at the snow-covered landscape outside.
It wasn't cheap, but I guess that's to be expected for such a unique experience.
